Shipping policy

Order Processing

We're a small operation and every order is packed by hand. We do our best to get orders out within a week.

During peak periods, holidays, or a week when a kid is home sick, it may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience...we're worth the wait.

You'll get a notification once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Flat rate shipping: $5 USD on all orders within the United States. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Liberation of Flowers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked them delivered. We recommend contacting the carrier directly.
